Valerie Hargrave, a bingo player of Moss Bay, won the National Bingo game at the Opera Bingo. The lucky winner took home £201,000, as confirmed by Graves Cumberland, the company that operates Opera Bingo.

The Workington club is considered one of the luckiest ones in Britain since several of its customers have won big cash prizes. In fact, over the last eight years, the company’s three clubs in Whitehaven, Workington and Penrith have paid out more than £2.3million to national bingo game winners.

Some of Graves Cumberland’s winners include pensioner Jean Steele, who won £101,000; Anita Matravers, winner of £42,000; and Keswick grandmother Barbara Hinde, who scooped £101,000.
