Tiger Gaming Inc., a Philippine-based company, recently announced the launching of WinGo, a cell phone-based, bingo-like game. It will be launched in November, first in Philippine and later in the rest of the world.

WinGo is played like bingo: players have to choose numbers that occupy a grid of squares. Then, by using their cell phones, players select a certain set of numbers for the grids. If the numbers selected match the system-generated numbers, players win.

The interface of the game is graphical and the numbers chosen are sent via text messages. After sending the numbers, players will receive a confirmation text message and, in case of winning, they will be also informed with a text message.
